  • I'm usually not a huge fan of Teavana, but as an avid tea drinker (and being fairly "stuck" in Kierland) this was my one and only choice for a weekend trip... Wow, I was blown away - mostly by the service. The staff that was working, during the 3 trips in I made there, were all so friendly, super helpful, funny and warm. They suggested different blends I could do by mixing teas (something I do at home often). They went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect tea for the time of day and circumstance: Morning wake up, evening pick-me up, hung over detox-me-up! They also had 4 or 5 different teas brewed in the store to try while I waited for my tea to be expertly made and when they handed me my tea it was always double cupped, told me exactly how many minutes to wait before taking the tea bag out, and even let me know that if I brought the bag back (promotion for the holidays) I could receive a free tea! WOW! This Teavana has changed my opinion of the entire chain... not an easy feat! Pinky's up!
