  • We've had Bill come and repair a dryer and a washer at a tenant's house and fixed them right. He was responsive, timely, professional, and gave a great price. Furthermore he was totally cool with me hanging around to see how he did the work, and he even talked me through how to fix some random appliance problems in my own house. On top of that, the ex-tenants managed to break the dryer switch (again!) which we found out after they moved out. And even though it was out of warranty period and definitely had nothing to do with Bill's work, he came out and re-replaced the switch at a nice discount. I highly recommend his services.
