My issue originated at the online shopping level. I ordered two Nike Back packs to pick up in store same day. I work 10 hour days and I'm a full time football mom so today Is the only day I was going to be able to pull off some last minute shopping. I put the online order in around 11am at work, followed by a cancellation email 5 hours later. No big deal, I'll just go inside. Well, I used $30 kohls cash on that order that was good for today trough Friday I believe, which was reimbursed BUT was not valid until tomorrow. Needless to say(if you read my schedule) this was a problem. I called my local kohls store and spoke to the manager Heather who at first was a little hesitant in honoring my requests, but ultimately said she would go ahead and do a one time exception and honor my discount. I went to the store did a little shopping had Heather called to the register and she took care of me! She was awesome stern, but helpful! I was able to finish my shopping and got back packs off the checklist! Even tho this wasn't the original store my order was cancelled at Heather had an overall Amazing sense of customer service where she did that gesture on behalf of kohls. Thank you Heather!
