  • No one likes going to the doctor. And Urgent Care I know doesn't necessarily mean that it's like a drive thru. But 2 hours in the waiting room in agonizing pain without the receptionist so much as looking up was bad enough. That they took the copay before even getting my name or what was wrong was worse. I never saw a doctor. I made them refund the copay and went to UMC instead. Thanks for nothing
