  • Shopped around for different pool builders. Dolphin was a tad bit cheaper so I was not expecting the same service. The whole process was painful !!!!! Lack of follow up, lack of ownership. After all this was a $30k purchase, I had to call them all the time because I was unclear on next steps, people did not show up when expected. They run out of the tile I chose, so they left me with samples of different tiles and a vm to let me know that I would have to get those or come back to the office to chose something close to what I have signed up for !!! I have learned my lesson: cheap is not always better"! I should have trusted these reviews the first time I read them. You do not want to do business with these guys .
