Beware! The service charge quoted to make a service call and run diagnostics is mis-leading. The technician discovered the settings were set on the coldest settings and a jar of applesauce was preventing airflow thus not allowing the refrigerator to cool properly. Instead of calling me to ask if I wanted him to move the applesauce and move the thermostat, he did this and then charged me $60 for "labor". I spoke to Chris, the manager on the phone and found him to be very rude. Will stick with Advanced Appliance Service which has excellent customer service in the future.
