I have have a terrible customer service experience with this company. Sincerely, it has been DESPICABLE. I was supposed to have them come clean the house and clean the carpets on Monday after moving out last weekend. I show up to the house today (Thursday) and the clean job is sub par, and the carpets are actually not cleaned at all. I called and they told me 'the machine was broken, so we couldn't do it' .... but no one called me to reschedule? In 4 days. They charged me full price, by the way. And then I called them FOUR TIMES and have received only text messages back... is that professional? I haven't heard back from them at all. I will make sure to let everyone I know of this experience because I am appalled a business can operate this way.
EDITED: After calling multiple times I finally reached Marco who seemed aloof and uninformed about my situation. He said he would dig in and call back. Surprisingly, no call back. When I called again 4 hours later the front desk lady told me Marco was off that day (obviously a lie since I had spoken to him earlier) and they would refund me 50%. Got a 25% refund instead today.... this is by far the worst customer service I've ever had, no one apologized at any point which is probably why I'm so upset. I will make sure I spread the word about this terrible business.
