  • 3/16/2016 Warner Family Practice 10 Stars, thank you AI for throwing me to the curb. Warner Family Practice is incredible, no 2 hour waits, no rude office personnel, refill mixups among other things. Yes a blessing in disguise... Update 3/1/2016 Went for appointment and was told by employees (yes more then 1) concerns that the owner had about this post - Isn't there Freedom of Speech - It's the truth 2 but I will amend because Stelli K is the best nurse/practitioner I have had the rest I take the 5th.. I have unfortunately been with them for a few years due to the location. I have been in the hospital and they never come to visit or even follow up. 12/15/2016 was the worst I needed insulin for the weekend until my insurance got corrected due to the ignorance of Express Scripts. Thank God for Chandler Regional who gave me a vial of insulin and treated me since AIA did not give me any. Sorry but true I will let you know if they throw me to the curb....
