  • Can't say enough positive things! Very family-friendly environment which puts any nervous kid or adult at ease! The staff is friendly and professional, taking time to get to know you and are genuinely concerned about you. Always showing the latest kid-friendly flicks in the waiting room AND while you're in the chair while they work on your teeth. Before your braces are adjusted, they let you visit the Brush Bar, where you can brush your teeth with a disposable toothbrush (with toothpaste already pretreated with toothpaste - just run under water and voila(!) foam!), floss (without having to thread through your braces), and swish your mouth with minty fresh mouthwash. They use the latest in orthodontic technology and are always honest and straightforward in any issues or concerns that you have. But what about the people? Everyone is courteous, and after a few visits, it is a familiar community of friendly, helpful folks. Everyone knows your name and when it is your turn to have your braces adjusted, you are their sole focus. Though everyone still talks to one another, it is NOT idle chit-chat, they're at work, (working on you) helping one another out, making sure that you're getting the best care possible. You're never left out of the conversation and if you have a problem with professionals talking among themselves, then I challenge YOU to not talk while YOU'RE at work. Really, it is a trusting, professional environment and if you're looking for a definition of teamwork, Sonoran Smile Orthodontics is it! Complimentary lip block, and water are always available during your visit. Newly-braced patients are gifted a welcome bag with water bottle, toothbrush, floss threader, interdental toothbrush, wax, lip block, a handy printout of what foods NOT to eat, and another handy printout of how to care for your teeth, to set your orthodontic adventure off the right way!
