  • A few friends and I decided to check out Thompson Diner late one Friday night. It wasn't too busy, and we were able to get a seat within 10 minutes. We were all super excited by the menu items and ordered 3 mac and cheeses and 2 milkshakes. The service was horrible, we had to ask many times just for water, and our food took at least 40 minutes to arrive at our table. Once we began eating, the food was also so disappointing. It was salty and had no other flavours. I was super disappointed as I love mac & cheese, and I had wanted to try out Thompson Diner for quite some time :( Note: this review is based on my visit a year ago, I very much hope that the diner has improved since then!
