  • Went in on a weekend to fix up my cracked iPhone 6 screen. First very pleasant on the phone, also in person when I walk in and bring my phone. Very cool looking shop. Excellent staff. It was a quick bite and stroll in the downtown and he fixed up and gave me back a look like brand new iPhone after a mere hour. The new screen holded up for 6 or 7 months or so. Not sure if you would think it's a great deal or worth it to fix but at that time it was my best option. I went back to Rocket and this time, their staff Evan helped me to fix the keyboard of my mac book air. They identified a spill during their runs and observation within 24 hours, and ordered a new keyboard for me. They been calling me to keep me posted on the progress. I grabbed my laptop back (since it's local walking distance was quite convenient) during the wait of the new keyboard to be delivered. I dropped and left my laptop for 2 hours and they changed the keyboard for me and ready to go. It's been working brilliantly since then (6 months). Evan was very helpful and nice! A great experience at Rocket overall! A+
