  • Dr. Rosenman's office staff is horrible. They are uncaring, abrupt and inattentive. For an office that deals with mental health patients, they really do not care about the patients. They put you on a long hold on the phone and then route your calls to voicemail that is full so you end up calling again and again and being put on hold.
