Purchased vehicle used, hadn't made my first car payment yet and had the check engine light go off about 35 days after purchase. Turns out to be a $50 sensor on top of the engine. They allegedly gave us a 12 month warranty to cover power train but of course this isn't covered (even though it's on the engine). Instead of getting us (remind you, the customer) in their good graces, they said they won't cover it. I would think over $50 to make a satisfied customer you would eat that little bit of money. I guess they don't give a crap about you once u sign their paperwork. Should have known. Over $50 I mean that's not a bright business move in my opinion. Will not return, will not refer anyone to purchase from here. Oh and they are internet pricing the car we traded in for $3,000 more than we got on trade, but want to dissatisfy a customer over $50. I'm thinking caravana for my next purchase just so I don't have to deal with this again.
