rev:text	I live in TO but travel out to Durham for my Mercedes needs. I have visited the corporate locations in TO and was never impressed with the level of service or attitude. I was replacing my existing Mercedes and found the level of service I received at Durham Mercedes Benz was much better. This is privately operated franchise and they treat their customers with personalized care and better prices. I have serviced my car at this location and always get a loaner car. The service department can be a bit pushy but they are reasonable when you say no to extra service options. I will continue to do business with them for my next Mercedes purchase.
