  • Came to this location thinking they would have a great selection and ready to drop some hard earned money. However we had the worst experience in the tool department. Worst customer service ever. First no one was on the floor to assist with questions. I walked to the register where 3 employees with lala-gaggin around the counter and they never bothered to acknowledge or greet. So simply blurted out my question. Once the associated walked over to help us with our question, he was neither knowledgeable or helpful. Walked out and took our business else where.
