  • Tonight I had the opportunity of meeting the owner Jenni of Jenni Pho. We are fairly new to Blue Diamond, Las Vegas and I have been wanting some authentic soup. This location is conviently located less than 2mi from my house and shopping malls. The ambience of this restaurant is spectacular. It's upkeep and cleanliness is superb. Parking availability around the restaurant makes it seamlessly easy to arrive. This location is a Cash only restaurant. They do have an ATM inside, however, today the ATM was out of service. Easy fix- Walgreens! It would be nice to have an electronic payment option or even invest into a apple/droid Swipe adapter for card payments. Today I ordered the B9- Cold Honey grilled chicken Vermicelli Noodle dinner. I personally wanted it hot but it comes cold (heated). As I wS waiting for my to go dinner, Jenni (owner) walks in and greets us. She asked what I was having. I mentioned to her I was going to take it home and add hot water. She advised me that adding hot water would take away the authentic Pho Flavors of the meal. So she insisted I take home some hot chicken broth w/green onions and try eating it separately. So I did! It was delicious. She's definitely a owner for a reason and knows how to appeal to her clients/customers. I am very pleased with her customer service and the quality of her food. Selections are made easy here, nothing complicating. Thanks Jenni for the amazing service, you definitely have my loyalty.
