  • I prefer the larger westside location, but this mall-attached store is just fine. It's brightly lit and easy to access both from the parking lot or the food court area of the mall interior. Due to its smaller footprint the store can feel a little crowded; there's not a ton of open space to walk through as the main aisle is occupied by display tables. Staff has generally been friendly and on my most recent trip I was able to get someone to confirm they had a book then walk me to the correct shelf instead of spending twenty minutes circling and trying to find the right place - by my estimation it could have been under sports, biography, or new releases. My main complaint, which is true for the chain and not just this store, is that they won't price match their own website. I ended up paying $10 more in person than the price I had found online.
