  • I reserved a storage unit online that had a promotion of first month free. I came in and he had no clue of the reservation but proceeded to try and scan my license and get my information. I asked him about the promotion which he said "no we are not doing that" and I said, "well it's advertised" and he proceeded to explain how he needed to call someone to remove it and he could give me the unit for $45 with a 2nd month discount which he kept disclosed. I was displeased with the poor service and the pricing. He wanted to charge $45 plus $20 which is $65!!! For a 5x5!!! The way he handled today. I don't trust anything the company says about their units. I found a better unit elsewhere!
