  • I did NOT catch this bar on its best night. Been meaning to check it out, so jumped at the chance to have a couple free drinks from the app ItsOnMe. The crowd wasn't that big when I arrived, but somehow it took forever for the bartender to eventually come over and make my drink. He saw me, yet for some reason he was making other people's drinks before me. I let that go, but then when I ordered my second drink and tried to close out, he told me he couldn't get the computer working and to come back. The two drinks were free, so they basically held my credit card hostage until they could figure out their problems. Seems pretty bad customer service to make me come back to the bar again, which was now filled with people trying to get their free drinks. I finally fought my way to the bar and gently reminded the bartender that I just needed my card. His response? "There's a lot of people waiting." Finally got my card back, and walked out in one of the rare instances I didn't leave a tip. It hurt. But they just did not make me feel welcome AT ALL.
