  • What happened to customer service in Vegas?! Even on my worst days, I still provide professionalism with a smile. I didn't know asking for a pair of shoes in a certain size was such a burden. I didn't get the girls name but when I asked her she just looked at me with a plain face with not one expression and walked away to hand the shoes to another guy to get. No communication. My friend , who is a first timer in Vegas, even asked me if this is how they are in Vegas cause we thought the attitude only reside back home in the OC and LA area. I don't plan on returning ever. I'll keep my taxes back home.
