  • The only reason they get one is due to me not being able to not put one at all! These people are horrible! Extortion is the name of their game. Yes they work with HOA's, but the goal is to aggressively go after home owners by fining them ridiculously amounts and hammer them with mail while offering zero service. If you are a board member in an HOA in need of a property management, look elsewhere. This company will ruin the attitude of the community causing people to rebel vs cooperate. I nick name them the destroyers of communites!
