  • DO NOT LIVE HERE. A waste of money and a ripoff. The apartment seemed like a good deal but it is not. Everything in my apartment was messed up. Water temperature was reversed, ice machine has been broken since the first day, lint mounds FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS are behind the washer and dryer and was not cleaned out prior to move in, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, the SRP power boxes are a joke, the wifi connection is the worst in America, homeless people hang out at the pool at night, they shut off our water randomly without prior warning, the maintenance people are intrusive, mold in the bathroom walls. I could go on and on. Just look elsewhere to live, believe me. It may seem like the cheapest out of the main ASU student focused living around campus, but there are other places that are much cheaper and less known. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone to live here.
