  • The worst pho and Bun Bo Hue I have had in Vegas. The broth has no depth of flavor, or in fact, much flavor at all of any kind. I felt like I was sipping a bowl of hot water with mediocre noodles in it. Moreover, the Bun Bo Hue advertised pork feet, but had no meat from the trotters, only a generous serving of bones and inedible gristle. I love bits of tender tendon or well cooked pig's feet but this was dreadful. Add a largely indifferent plus inattentive service atmosphere and you have a restaurant succeeding purely on location. Pho kim long is right in the middle of things, surrounded by excellent restaurants, many if which I frequent. This had to be the worst I have found.
