| - Before I get into it, I need to say that I didn't get my car serviced here...
With that being said, I didn't get my car serviced here because I really didn't care for the short attitude of the mechanic that I spoke to at the front desk. I wish that anyone who runs a business understands that no matter what the business is, customer service with a smile goes a long way, no matter how good you may be at your job. They guy gave off he impression that he really didn't want to be bothered, didn't care about the fact that I was looking for a mechanic, or cared that I would even be new business. He just seemed as if he wasn't happy to have anyone walk through the door. The first impression is important and if I have to spend money, I'd like service with a smile. I don't care if it's fake, I just need to believe that you care.
I didn't even need him to accommodate me for anything at the time, I only had questions about the issue I was having and info on whether someone could come out or if I needed to have it towed. And those questions were addressed, but it would have been nice if he would have acted as if he cared that someone needed assistance from them. I came in with a smile and high hopes because of the reviews, but I wasn't expecting a bland attitude of "I couldn't care less". After all of the glowing reviews I read for this place, I was excited about coming here to get help for my car, but I don't want to after that experience. I know it may have just been one person, but the saying "one bad apple spoils the bunch" has value.
