  • I've given very good reviews to the Arizona Shuttle before. But now is different. We bought a Shuttle ticket for a family member from Bell Road and Dennys in Phoenix to Prescott Valley. His reservation was wrongly cancelled at the airport and the shuttle we paid for did not take him at Bell Road. We called and complained. The lady we spoke to said it was a mistake and she scheduled him for the next shuttle (which he bordered). She arranged for a refund of that ticket to our credit card but days later, it didn't come.
