First issue: I took my Acadia for service and repair (and multiple recalls) to the downtown Mesa location based on convenience for two years. My car came with an extensive warranty and free oil changes/service. When the dealership and service center moved to Gilbert I was never informed. In fact, I made an appointment for 7:00 a.m. And when I showed up to drop my car off, I found a large sign showing that they were closed/had moved. I got out my cell phone and hit redial to call back and told the woman who answered the phone that no one told me they had moved. She actually argued with me and told me I couldn't have called that number initially.
Second (and final because I will never return): Made an appointment on Veteran's day at 10:00 a.m. And when we dropped off, cars were stacking up everywhere. I asked how long it would take and was told 1-2 hours. We took the kids to a nearby park, and waisted time waiting for a phone call. Finally, after two hours I called the service manager and was told that no work had been completed because my warranty was up and they tried to call me ONCE but the call didn't grow through. (My seven year old had my phone for about five minutes calling grandma and he must have hit the wrong button).
I talked to a manager who didn't give two hoots... Picked up my car and never looked back.
