  • The buying part was not bad. Our salesmen was Gabe and he was great! Knew a lot about our car even though it was used and a 2011. It was a decent buy for miles and the shape it is in! Financing at the time was fine too. Takes forever but doesn't it always! Complaint: we bought our car 3 months ago! After a month we had yet to receive our Plates so I called the DMV and the car wasn't even in our names! Called the dealership and was emailed a new temp plate and told it would be fixed immediately!! Another 3 weeks go by and I called DMV again, still not in our names!! Call the dealership, got vm after vm! Finally emailed the financier and a day later he told me that I had to take the car in, it never had the emissions tested! How was our car even on the lot without passing everything it needed to pass in order to sell! So I took it in and was told the plates would be expedited and overnighted to my house. I waited 2 days DMV said they don't usually expedite such things but finally it was in our names. A week later we finally have our plates!! We made two car payments in all this time and it no one could even bother to call me! At least call me and give me an update would've been nice!
