  • When we sat down at 8:20 PM we were told that "Prime Rib was not available at the late hour"? {Wish we were told that at the hostess stand as that is why we chose to come to Kincaid's} We then ordered Caesar salad with our entrees which was quickly served to us by a bus boy. Plate and lettuce were warm. As we finished our salads the waiter finally reappeared to drop off some bread. {little late} I had ordered a baked potato with my Rib Eye steak. The waiter informed that a baked potato may nor be available? He asked me "if it was available "what would I like on it"? I told him my choices and he quickly left to attend to his large parities that were in the restaurant. Again the bus boy served our dinner with our waiter was nowhere to be seen. We were not given steak knives and my "cold" potato was not severed with any sides I had ordered. The bus boy left and the waiter finally reappeared. After a wait knifes and the sides for my cold potato were delivered.{With no apology} Food was overall mediocre and the service was poor. For a $115.00 dinner tab (my wife had 1 glass of wine and i drank water} we feel ripped off. We live 3 blocks from Kincaid's and we are not going back anytime soon.
