  • Initially brought my daughter's watch in for clasp repair, which I was told would be done the same day. Took longer than expected, as they had to order a replacement and weren't very pro-active about keeping me informed of the progress. Two weeks and having to make several calls later, I finally picked up the watch. It fits her great, with no issues. A happy daughter= a happy mom. I have since returned to replace the battery in my husband's watch, which was done in a manner of minutes while I waited. The price was totally affordable, and the added convenience of speed nearly made up for the previous visit. I have a few other watches in need of batteries, as well as some jewelry that I will be bringing back for small repairs. I can't speak for any major repairs, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have smaller issues taken care of.
