  • The staff at this place is generally pretty good, they tend to be friendly and deliver a descent haircut. However, after today's visit I can only give it two stars. I took my two sons in for a cut. There was a two hour wait and they only had half the number of staff on duty that they could have had. So, in addition to grossly underestimating the demand on their services, no one took any initiative to get on the phone and call in a few more employees to help serve their customers. Then, when one of them finished their shift and left, leaving over 20 people on the waiting list you could almost feel the sigh leek out of those who were still waiting. I witnessed about a half dozen guys walk in, check the wait time, shake their heads and walk out the door. It's doubtful I'll return here any time soon.
