  • Park Ave was a good property management from 2007 to 2012. Then things started getting worse as personnel changed. I went through 4 different so called managers during the last few years to 2014. Did not replied to my phone calls or emails in a timely manner. I was not informed of a new property manager taking over my two properties. I expect professionals to manage my properties and take care of my assets. This was not the case, if you are looking for service, this company is not the one.
