How to begin. I had a valve go bad during the weekend. I called & spoke with a representative. I told her my problem, she said someone will call me. Three hours later no call!!! I called them again & a different representative apologized for the mistake the first rep made. Which was not notifying me weekend calls are emergencies only. I had to explain my situation again & she said she will have someone call me asap. Within 20min I had Wes call me. He was great at explaining how to temporarily fix my problem while he could get someone out there. I had Robert come out & fix my problem. Since I had to work I communicated over the phone with them & they did a good job! I was surprised at the price they were charging me but if that's the price for quality & guarantee then I can work with that. As of now they are my to go guys for landscaping needs!!!!
