We went for breakfast and while it looked very busy at 10am during the week, it was just a 10 minute wait. Most of the tables are jumbo sized booths that could fit a family of 10...it nearly swallowed the two of us whole. The whole atmosphere in the restaurant was very fun and retro.
Based on the jumbo sized portions other Yelpers mentioned, probably to match their jumbo sized booths, the hubby and I shared. I ordered a small Spinach Salad and he went with the Maserati Omelet.
While we waited for our food, a photographer came around offering "free" pictures. She came back during our meal with our free postcard picture souvenir and a sales pitch for the larger prints. It's a nice effort, but a picture in a booth with a window in the background doesn't do it for me...especially for nearly $20 a print! But I gladly took the freebie.
The omelet was HUGE and served with hashbrowns and an English muffin; the salad was normal sized. So it was just the right amount of food for the two of us to share. The omelet was an Italian take eggs filled with sausage, cheese and mushrooms and topped with Italian meat sauce and Parmesan. It was super fluffy, flavorful and really good. The spinach salad was okay, it was topped with bacon and hard boiled eggs.
