  • Went here on a Saturday morning based on the reading the reviews here on Yelp. Definitely did not have the same experience as so many others. The restaurant is fine, it's clean, on the smaller side, but nice. I go up to the counter and ask the guy taking the order "which is better: Pancake or Waffle?" and he straight faced told me "They are the same, just a different shape." That right there I should've walked out. I ended up ordering the pancakes with eggs and a side of bacon and an Iced Tea. Sat down, and they brought my order relatively quickly. As soon as I saw the bacon I knew I wasn't going to dig it. Tried the pancakes, they had a weird after taste. Not sure if it was the syrup or what, but I didn't get through half of them. Bacon was limp and not very good, blah. Eggs were probably the only thing I finished. I was about to take off when the manager was making his rounds and asked how everything was and if I liked it. I informed him of what I thought of the food and he was quick to offer a refund or replacement. That right there was the best part of my experience, the managers customer service(only reason it didn't get a one star). Needless to say I have no desire to go back or recommend the place to co-workers, friends or family.
