  • If you want to live in an apartment that will move you anytime they want, will throw away your items without your consent, live at one of their apartments. The maintenance staff is actually very nice and gets things done in a timely manner. The management office staff members are extremely rude and inefficient with their duties. Never do they apologize for something they had clearly done wrong- such as, throwing your fridge away by accident because the power went off and the items thawed during a renovation. If they want you out of the apartment, no matter how long it is for, they will make you pay your full rent anyway. I spoke to several people about this ridiculous apartment company and I've only heard negative things such as the management is ruining the entire company. Can't wait to move out of this company.
