  • I hope to see more plant based kitchens in Las Vegas, this place opened in April at Boca Park! We ordered: spicy bourbon brussel sprouts, nachos, and the love burger with a side salad. Spicy bourbon brussel sprouts were so delicious, not spicy at all and tastes more like a teriyaki sauce, which isn't a bad thing at all. The love burger was tasty. However, maybe it was the patty that was a bit moist, so the bottom bun fell apart from becoming soggy. My boyfriend loved it, and he is a fan on all things burgers. The nachos were big and beautiful, lots of nacho fixings including vegan cheese. It was very filling we had to take it home. We brought home a snickerdoodle cookie, a goji berry/hemp truffle, a lemon/pistachio truffle, and a CBD water. The sweets were all delicious especially the lemon/pistachio, it was like biting into a lemon pound cake! If there's any downside I could bring to mind, it would be the menus. The large menus above the counter has small font lettering. They have personal menus, but the lettering is small also. I'm a fan of panacea and I'm spreading the word to my friends!
