  • If i could rate zero stars, I would. I had the unpleasant experience of using this company through my home warranty. Making an appointment with them was a pain and they were very unprofessional yelling at each other from across their office I'm assuming. They called while I was at work and when I called 10 minutes later they told me they couldn't schedule me and they would have to call back. I tried telling them I'm at work and can't answer the phone, so they told me to call when I got off at 4, but no one answered the phone. They finally sent 2 guys out a week later and it was extremely uncomfortable having them in my house. They talked down to me the entire time and ended up calling my warranty company, telling them that I installed something incorrectly. This was untrue and not at all what I told them. They kept blaming me for whatever messed up the pipe. So, I basically paid these horrible people to come into my house, be rude to me, and blame me for the issue. I will continue warning people to stay away from this company.
