  • Me and Kelly were leaving a restaurant next door to this place. As we were walking out to the car, we briefly stopped to listen to the music coming from inside Cru. As we walked away, the owner popped out of the front door and so warmly invited us to come inside. We walked to the car and stopped and looked at each other, we were both touched by his kindness and decided to go check it out. The owner greeted us at the door and introduced himself and shook our hands. And he walked us out when we left and shared some stories. The staff was friendly and the wine selection was great. This was a perfect post dinner spot to relax. I know we will go back the next time we are back in Charlotte. That's my word and I'm sticking to it.
