  • Wonderful experience shopping here for my new mattress. I went in on a Sunday, after I was in Best Buy. I have been needing a new mattress for about a year, but have been putting off the decision. My daughter got a Tempur Pedic and loved it. So I thought I would try it. Loved it, but I was not sure about spending this much money on a mattress. The sales lady was very nice and was just letting me take my time. I told her I may come back. She told me about the sale that was going on and told me how long it lasted. I researched the location and the mattress. This location of Mattress Firm did not have alot of comments, but I liked Chelsi, the sales lady.So I went back the next Sunday and took my time laying on the different mattress. Chelsi was patient and never rushed me. I purchased a Tempur Pedic and set up the delivery. The delivery guys called me ahead of time on Monday and came by a little early. They were very careful removing my old mattress from an upstairs bedroom. I have hardwood floors and they were very careful. Wonderful experience with the shopping, purchasing and delivery.
