  • Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! Went there today and was ready to buy a vehicle. Found the exact one I wanted and after an hour of sitting there I was told they couldn't sell it because it was a fleet car. SUCH BS!!!! They could have sold it and then done a dealer trade Monday to cover their fleet. I even showed them one at Gateway Avondale that was the same match. Had to ask for a manager to explain this and he was less than apologetic and could not have cared less. So....I went to Gateway and was in and out in no time. They were far better in price by a whopping $5000 and impeccable service. Never again Midway!!! And all my friends and contacts on social media will hear my story.
