  • Buyer beware! Call my home and warranty company last Friday due to our broken AC. Got called from Jennifer at L&S saying the earliest they could come was Tuesday, even though it was in the mid 90's in our house. I asked if they could come on Monday since my husband was off from work. Jennifer said no and I could call the home warranty company and have another company assigned if we couldn't wait. We opted to wait until Tuesday and stayed at my sister-in-laws house. Jennifer said the would called 30 minutes before they came so we didn't have to miss work and stay in a 95 degrees home. Tuesday came and I called L&S to see if they knew what time they might come since they gave us a 6 hour window. Called at 8 am and got stuck on their automated phone service as caller 5 for one and a half hours no one answered my call. I called back my home warranty company and they called L&S from an alternative phone # they only had and Amanda told them they will be out and again would call us 30-60 minutes before they arrived. I never got a call and they left a door hanger saying "sorry we missed you". I called the President Leo Santoro on the phone number left on the door hanger and he never called back either. Company is a joke and unreliable. Don't waste your money or time on these scam artists!
