I brought my daughter who was complaining about ear ache and possibly having an ear infection. To get to the point the wait time to see the Dr was 45 minutes in the lobby. No sense of urgency especially when a child is crying in front of you because of pain. Went in the back waited about 25 minutes till Dr came in to see is. Again no sense of urgency. I asked the Dr if she is able to give her something right then to ease her ear pain and she gave me a look like I was inconveniencing her by having her do extra work. Needless to say my daughter was able to get ear drops and Tylenol while being seen. Two minutes later my daughter feel asleep and was a somewhat happy child again. I asked if they could hurry a bit and get my prescriptions and Dr's note for her school so I can get home and put my little one to bed. I guess I shouldn't really complain considering its located in a convenient location and the hrs of operation is good.
