  • **This is for service received in Prescott, AZ** We were connected to Just Plumbing through our home warranty company. The operator who called to schedule the service was very friendly and professional. I received a text indicating the tech was on his way and would arrive in 18 minutes. Took him longer than that, so the accuracy of their arrival tracker is the only thing I could harp o n. The tech arrived, was very friendly and personable. He was knowledgeable about how to fix our issue and was very quick about it. He also interacted with my 15-month-old daughter very well and had patience for her and her screaming (in excitement, because she loves to help). We would definitely use them again, even out of warranty.
