Words I would use to describe this place:
Adorable
Quaint
Doily
Proper
Manners
I invited some friends to join me for a little morning teatime. The actual kind of teatime that involves tea, not the horrible teatime involving golfing.
We had such a fun time picking out different teas to try, eating tiny breads and dainty desserts and attempting to be people with proper manners. I do not, so it was very hard to not laugh too loudly and use swears. But, I think we made it out of there without making too much of a spectacle.
It's a bit on the pricey side, but it's the fanciest money you will ever spend.
I highly recommend the 3 Tier Afternoon Tea Tray. If you manage to have any jam, clotted cream or lemon curd left, just eat the remainder with a spoon or lick the tiny bowls clean.
I may be a trash panda, but no one is going to keep me from the last little bit of lemon curd!
The owner was very nice and full of stories and information about the items he has in the store. This guy is really passionate about tea and the history of tea. It's awesome to see someone in their element and this guy's element is tea.
