  • This review is for Dr. Blanchard at the Business Park location. The office staff was great, thank you so much for answering all of my questions. However, Dr. Blanchard should be ashamed at the quality of communication with his patients. First, I had to wait until 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see him, after already arriving 30 minutes early as a new patient, as requested. Second, he seemed to think I was an unnecessary part of the treatment plan, as he hurriedly wrote a few things down and told his nurse what to do. He tried to leave without actually having a conversation with me (and only examining me for less than 15 seconds. All I was asking was for a clear explanation as to what was wrong, how we were treating it (and why), and what I could expect. I was not given any of these answers, not that I didn't try. I finally gave up and was pointed to a nurse to give me information when I asked to see another doctor. If Dr. Blanchard would have taken 2 minutes to explain to me what was going on, he could have prevented me from getting so upset.
