  • Binh came to perform bi-annual HVAC service, and he was thorough, professional and courteous. He spent quite amount of time upgrading some of system. He found out one of our units was about to stop working due to its age and the leak of R22 freon (that is going to be phased out soon). We then decided to replace the unit. Clint came and provided couple estimates for the new system. He went through each estimate and explained things in a way that I can understand. He was also very patient to answer all the questions, and did not push us to go with any system- just stated the facts. Jose and Gerry came couple days later to install the new A/C. They were punctual and courteous. They worked 7 hours non-stop to get our system ready to run, and cleaned up afterwards. We have been very satisfied with the services provided by Hobaica.
