Have had an appointment for 1pm on 4/4 for a week or two now. My normal location is the Smoke Ranch one. I got a call at 8 this morning saying "oh! You're the Summerlin location today" which I wish I would've known when I scheduled it because the drive is a lot farther and I would've waited to be seen at the Smoke Ranch location. I walk in 5 minutes late because it was hell to find parking in such a busy area (even though I left 30 minutes early). I walk in and the receptionist was rude as hell. Actually a little surprised that we exchanged 2 sentences and she could have so much attitude. I tell her my insurance might have changed and she goes "you're good for the month" and you can just feel the sass lol. Like ok. Sorry I brought it up? Sitting in the lobby and already annoyed.
I work customer service, and no matter how annoyed you are, you put a damn smile on your face and suck it up. That's your job.
