  • I would like to commend Matthew on his exceptional service. I came to the store because my voicemail was not working. He took the time to explain the new system to me and how it impacted my phone service. I decided that since the phone was 5 years old I could use a newer model. He could have sold me the most expensive but chose one for me that not only fit my needs but my budget. I was very impressed. Usually retailers want clients to buy the top line. Did I mention how kind and courteous he was. I will be back for an upgrade. Hope to see Matthew.
