  • DO NOT RENT HERE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! Two days ago we returned a Rent-A-Car and quickly realize my husband forgot his wallet. Without even exiting the parking lot we went back only to be told the car had already been rented! No way could this have been true ! After them pretending to search for the car I got the graveyard manager involved. I explained to him the situation , he was absolutely no help. My husband and pleaded with them that they could keep the money in the wallet he just wished his ID and other cards be returned. That's when all of a sudden somehow the sales man found his empty wallet (1200 missing ). My husband was trying to remain calm but couldn't hardly compose himself seeing how he was blatantly ripped off at this establishment. After exchanging a few words the sales rep informed my husband he belonged to a local gang and he was not scared of repercussions . That's when a fight ensued while everyone including the manager stood around and watched. Coincidentally after the fight the sales man walked away and came back with $500. What an blatant admission of guilt! The manager never try to rectify the situation . Waiting to see how corporate handles it .. If you value honesty and integrity rent elsewhere .. DO NOT RENT HERE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!
