  • Frequently visit this location at night. The service is usually always on point. Lately, due to short staffing, wait times just to order are driving me away from this place. The owner/franchisee needs to realize that skimping and working their employees to the ground is bad business. A bare minimum of 3 employees at any time. Register, smoothies, sandwiches. Waited almost 10 minutes just to order, because the person was having to make a wrap and smoothie. Kudos to the girl and anyone else who works there under these circumstances. I would hope changes are made soon or I will be taking my business elsewhere. 5 stars for employees and food, 1 star for poor management.
